We will continue to update this page with useful information. Please contact Jeasebelle Soto, Development Associate, with any questions: jsoto@thefoodproject.org
  • “Farm chic” is the suggested attire. Please wear what makes you feel comfortable. If you need inspiration, here are some curated suggestions on a Pinterest board. Keep in mind that this is a working farm and you may prefer walking shoes rather than high heels.

  • For event sponsorship opportunities, visit the Sponsorship page or contact Heath Marlow, Director of Donor Engagement: hmarlow@thefoodproject.org

  • We are planning a volunteer event in late August or early September to help us prepare the farm. Please email Jeasebelle Soto, Development Associate, if you are interested in participating: jsoto@thefoodproject.org

  • Yes, in order for us to have an accurate attendance count for the food vendors and parking.

  • You will receive a receipt for your purchase. Leading up to September 8, we will send you updates about additional event details, including our Silent Auction and Fund-A-Need.

  • In the event of showers or light rain, we will proceed as planned, taking advantage of our large rental tent as much as possible. However, in the event of weather that would make it potentially dangerous to be on the farm, we will cancel the event and notify all guests as soon as possible.

  • The entrance to the farm is located on Route 126, near the intersection with Baker Bridge Road. “The Food Project's Baker Bridge Farm” is marked on Google Maps.

  • When you arrive at the farm, parking attendants will direct you to available parking along the shoulders of the internal gravel road on the property. Further details will be emailed leading up to the event. If you have requests related to mobility, please let us know in advance so that we can reserve appropriate parking accommodations.

  • This event is designed for adults. Please keep this in mind if you choose to purchase an additional ticket for a child.

  • This event will be held outside and under a large tent; personal choices regarding masking are welcomed and respected.

  • $125 of your $200 ticket is a tax-deductible donation that supports The Food Project’s youth, food, and community programming.

  • What are your specific needs? Please let us know about any accessibility concerns and we will do our best to address them so that you may fully enjoy your experience visiting our working farm. Send an email to Jeasebelle Soto, Development Associate: jsoto@thefoodproject.org

  • The design of this event is for guests to move at their pace between food, drink, and activity stations on the farm. We will provide seating options in each gathering area, but please expect that there will be significant portions of the event when guests will be either standing or walking in grass fields and along unpaved paths.

  • Vegetarian options will be available from each vendor, and if you have further questions about the event’s menu items, please contact Jeasebelle Soto, Development Associate: jsoto@thefoodproject.org

  • Yes, we welcome your participation in our Silent Auction and Fund-A-Need. Additionally, donations to support The Food Project can be made online at our website.
